I'm a software engineer and short story writer. Ever since I started writing, I wanted to find a platform that gave writers real ownership of their work, respected their privacy and publication rights, and offered contests with the kinds of features writers actually need. A platform like this didn't exist, so I built one.
About Leafmines
Leafmines is a writing platform built for community and competition. Writers submit original work to themed contests, read and engage with each other's stories, and improve through genuine engagement, not follower counts.
Anyone can host a contest. Contests can be open to the public, members-only, or restricted to specific groups. Here, writers control who reads their work and, ultimately, their publication rights.
Leafmines is independent and self-funded.
