This is a proof-of-concept contest built on Leafmines, a platform designed for writing competitions. Here's a look at what's available to contest organizers:

Rounds

Run single-round or multi-round competitions.

Scoring

Choose how final standings are calculated:
- Sum scores across all rounds
- Count only a writer's top N performances and drop the rest

Judging

Entrants rate each other's work
Creator-only judging

Assigned Reading

For entrant-judged contests, optionally flag entries as "assigned reading" and distribute them equally among entrants for judging.

Anonymity & Pseudonyms

Hide author identities to remove bias.
Optionally let writers submit under a pen name.
For multi-round contests, pseudonyms are revealed between rounds.

Word Count Controls

Set a minimum, a maximum, or both (enforced at submission).

Unpublished Work Requirement

Optionally require entrants to confirm their submission is original, unpublished work.

Access Control

Keep a contest private or unlisted
Restrict entry to specific groups
Hide entries from participants until the round closes

Custom Styling

Every contest can have its own look: background image, colors, logo, banner, even raw CSS.

AI Detection

Optionally scan entries to reveal an AI detection score, giving organizers a signal to review suspicious submissions.
