Original short stories of 1,500 to 8,500 words featuring fantasy elements and pre-industrial settings (before 1800); no contemporary urban fantasy or steampunk; action and overt magic welcome but not required; no stories created with AI.

nonfictionFantasyPays: $10 per review or essay

Reviews and critical essays on fantasy genre topics, at least 1,000 words; may include reviews of literature, movies, or comic books; no criticism dismissive of the genre as a whole; no AI-generated content.
