Tales of Sley House

Patreon submissions seek stories and poetry for monthly themed calls, with submissions open from the 1st through the 3rd of each month; October's theme is gaslamp fantasy, followed by time travel, New England, fairy-tale romance, and ghost stories. Stories must fit one of the Patreon collections and be no longer than 6,000 words.

Novel and novella submissions are closed. The publisher wants horror, science fiction, mystery, fantasy, thriller, and cross-genre stories; submit the first chapter (10 pages maximum), a short synopsis, and an email of about one page. Compensation may include a small advance, above-average royalties, and author copies.

Podcast short submissions are closed. Scripts must be no longer than 30 minutes and are intended for the annual Tales of Sley House anthology and the Sley House Presents podcast; submissions are read only during the submission window.
