Seeking original, previously unpublished, mostly-prose speculative stories from anywhere in the world that engage with the magazine’s radical, uncomfortable, monstrous themes; experimental styles, disturbing themes, graphic scenes, genre-hopping, and flash are welcome. Stories must be under 10,000 words, not cosy or tropey, and should not reassure readers. Submissions are open until 200 are received. The editor will try to respond within six weeks after the window closes.
