Nonfiction and fake nonfiction are currently open year-round. They seek humorous work, including reviews of nonexistent books, interviews with imaginary people, and bogus letters to the editor. Submissions must be original and previously unpublished, and no more than 2,000 words; accepted work may take six to nine months to appear.
