Open to: Submitters must be new or unpublished writers and must not meet any of the stated publication, sales, earnings, or contest-prize thresholds.

Submissions open on the first and close at midnight on the final day of each month. Stories must follow the monthly theme and include the prompt word. All genres are accepted; manuscripts must be 500–2,000 words. Pay is $0.10 per word, including the title.
