Electronic submissions are accepted beginning January 1 and August 1 through the end of each month or until the cap is met; there is also a free-submission weekend during each period. Submit a single piece or a suite of smaller pieces, including flash fiction. No length limits. Mail submissions are free and read September–October and February–March.
