Short memoir or personal essays with a narrative arc, up to 3,000 words (flexible if slightly over); open to braided essays, experimental writing, and flash nonfiction (2-3 pieces, 1,000 words or less, in one submission). Excerpts must be self-contained. Submissions open September 1 through May 31.
