Open to: Work must not have been previously curated (published) in books, magazines, or similar publicly available sources; social-media, personal-blog, forum, message-board, and event-recording appearances may be considered. AI-generated poetry is not accepted, though light AI-assisted work may be submitted with disclosure.

Rolling submissions are open 24/7/365. Submit 1–5 poems, up to 7 pages total, with a third-person bio. Preference is for concise free verse, though formal poems that read like free verse and hybrid work are considered. No previously curated work; AI-generated poetry is not accepted, but light AI-assisted work may be submitted if disclosed.

Current-events submissions are a separate category and are open on a rolling basis. ONE ART seeks occasional poems about holidays, celebrations, and current events that can stand beyond the initial news cycle; indicate if the submission is time-sensitive. The usual three-month waiting period does not apply.
