Prompt i, Sound & Color (April Issue), accepts submissions December 1, 2026-January 31, 2027; Prompt ii, Nighthawks (June Issue), uses the same window. Flash fiction is up to 1,500 words and pays $80 USD flat; short fiction is up to 4,500 words and pays $0.09 USD per word. Prompts iii-vi accept submissions April 1-May 31, with briefs live January 1.
