Accepts personal essays, longform criticism, and reportage, including honest essays about dating and sex, dispatches from conflict zones, and examinations of the far right. Pitches are accepted in English and French; French work may also appear online in the original.

Lagniappe welcomes ideas and pitches for literary-themed tarot readings, cadavre exquis-inspired literary games, and other art-related literary experiments; humor pieces are also welcome. Pitches are accepted in English and French.
