Submit one unpublished short story up to approximately 4,000 words; no true genre fiction (e.g., horror, science fiction, mysteries), but literary work with genre elements (fabulism, magical realism) is welcome; novel excerpts must be self-contained; translations welcome if permission granted.
Submit up to three unpublished flash fiction pieces (up to 1,000 words each), or up to six microfiction/linked stories (4,000 words total); no true genre fiction, but literary work with genre elements (fabulism, magical realism) is welcome; translations welcome if permission granted.
Submit one unpublished personal essay/creative nonfiction piece (1,000–4,000 words), or multiple flash essays/short nonfiction (up to 4,000 words total); no scholarly, critical, inspirational, or journalistic work; translations welcome if permission granted.
Submit up to six unpublished poems at a time; preference for short (under two pages), non-rhyming poetry; translations welcome if permission granted.
