Open to: original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere; submitters must include their name and city, state, and country.
Accepts 5–15 unpublished haiku per submission, including modern freestyle haiku and haiku using 5-7-5 syllabic structure with seasonal reference; senryu may be selected occasionally, but renku, haibun, and tanka are not accepted. Quarterly deadlines are March 15 for June, June 15 for September, September 15 for December, and December 15 for March; haiku may also be sent at any time for the next available issue.
