Fall 2026 fiction short story contest; seeks superbly written English-language short stories, especially stories with female protagonists well into adulthood, and does not seek coming-of-age stories. Stories must be previously unpublished and cannot contain AI-generated text. Pieces must be 2,000–10,000 words. Authors may submit up to four short stories annually, one per quarterly issue.
