All types of short stories, traditional or experimental, must relate integrally to one of the announced premises. Stories longer than 20 double-spaced typewritten pages will not be considered. Upcoming deadlines are July 1, 2026 (Waiting in Line), November 1, 2026 (Sent by Mistake), and March 1, 2027 (In your Dreams...). Response time is 3 months after the premise deadline.
Essays must relate integrally to one of the announced premises. Upcoming deadlines are July 1, 2026 (Waiting in Line), November 1, 2026 (Sent by Mistake), and March 1, 2027 (In your Dreams...). Previously published pieces are welcome if the author owns the copyright. Response time is 3 months after the premise deadline.
All poetic forms are welcome, with no more than three poems per premise. Each poem must relate integrally to one of the announced premises. Upcoming deadlines are July 1, 2026 (Waiting in Line), November 1, 2026 (Sent by Mistake), and March 1, 2027 (In your Dreams...). Response time is 3 months after the premise deadline.
