Flash fiction up to 1,000 words; short fiction and novelettes between 1,001 and 9,000 words. Submit up to three flash pieces in one document, or one longer piece; only one submission per reading period and one category per submission period.

Accepts up to three nonfiction pieces, with a maximum of 5,000 words total; if submitting three creative nonfiction pieces or essays, limit each to 1,500 words unless solicited. Submit one category only and one submission per reading period.

Accepts finished reviews of books, albums, television series, films, theatrical productions, and visual art exhibits, as well as interviews with relevant authors, artists, editors, and others. Reviews and interviews are submitted by email rather than Duosuma; the page says they are unpaid.
