We publish short fiction of all genres, up to 7,500 words, but prefer shorter fiction and flash fiction pieces. One submission per author per reading period. No previously published work. Simultaneous submissions allowed. Submissions open November 1 – January 31 and May 1 – July 31.
Unpublished nonfiction essays, literary analysis, and personal essay/memoirs up to 7,500 words. Shorter pieces preferred. Submissions open November 1 – January 31 and May 1 – July 31.
10-minute plays (up to approximately 10 pages). Innovative and/or interdisciplinary texts encouraged. No full-length plays. One play per author per reading period. Submissions open November 1 – January 31 and May 1 – July 31.
All forms of poetry, including formal and experimental work, are welcome. 3-5 poems per submission. No subject is off limits except exploitive hate or pornographic work. Submissions open November 1 – January 31 and May 1 – July 31.
